Requires insurance providers offering policies under the Affordable Care Act to maintain a database of foreign language services available to all customers, clients, and insured individuals

Database must include the name, location, specialty, and languages spoken by doctors, physicians, and other health care providers covered by the insurance policies

Takes effect 120 days after becoming law

Authorizes immediate rulemaking to implement the new requirements before the effective date
