Establishes a weighted voting system for committee members based on the ratio of votes their represented unit cast for the party's gubernatorial candidate in the last general election

Requires county committees to file designated candidate names and vacancy-filling procedures with the county board of elections within four days of the designation meeting

Permits enrolled party members to make alternative designations through petition for candidates of the same party

Prohibits any person from being designated by a county committee for more than one office under this process
