Requires all New York high schools to acquire and possess opioid antagonists (such as naloxone) for emergency treatment of suspected opioid overdoses

Mandates that each high school designate at least one employee who has completed an approved training course in opioid antagonist use

Designated trained employee must be responsible for storage, maintenance, control, and general oversight of the opioid antagonist

Requires a trained designated employee to be present on school grounds during all school hours and after-school activities to administer the medication

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
