Expands emergency voting provisions to apply to any election (not just general elections) when a disaster or state of emergency makes voting impossible or will imminently become impossible

Allows county or state boards of elections to schedule an additional voting day within 20 days of the original election date, with polls open for at least 11 hours

Requires boards of elections to notify voters through newspapers, media outlets, websites, mail, and local government officials at least one week before any additional voting day

Extends the deadline for emergency filing extensions from one business day to two business days when disasters substantially impair the ability to make required election filings

Adds new authority to postpone party caucuses by up to one week when emergencies substantially impair the ability to hold caucuses and nominate candidates
