Updates terminology from "adult men" to "adults with a prostate" throughout the existing law

Requires the pamphlet be written in layperson's language and made available in English plus the six most common non-English languages spoken by limited English proficiency individuals in New York based on census data

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law
