Requires employers with more than 10 employees to pay the first $72 (up from $40) of a juror's daily wages during the first three days of jury service

Jurors whose daily wages are less than $72 are entitled to receive the difference between $72 and their daily wage as an allowance

Employed jurors earning $72 or more per day from employers required to pay jury wages are not eligible for the state allowance

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law
