Updates the name of the organization from "Bohemia Volunteer Firemen's Benevolent Association" to "Bohemia Volunteer Firefighter's Benevolent Association" and replaces all gendered terms ("firemen," "fireman," "his") with gender-neutral language throughout the 1963 incorporation law

Expands the board of trustees from 5 members to 8 members, adding 3 additional trustee positions to the existing officers (president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer)

Broadens the permitted use of foreign fire insurance premium taxes from exclusively "care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer and exempt volunteer firemen and their families" to any purposes set forth in section three of the act

Updates statutory references from obsolete insurance law section numbers (553, 554) to current section numbers (9104, 9105)

Tax provision changes apply to premiums received on and after January 1, 2026
