Requires the county seat of Warren County to have at least one designated early voting polling place, adding it to an existing exception already granted to Washington County

Mandates that where public transportation routes exist in the designated city or municipality, the early voting polling place should be situated along those routes to the extent practicable

Takes effect April 1, 2026 and applies to all general, primary, run-off primary, or special elections held after that date

Amends Section 8-600 of the Election Law, which currently requires early voting locations in the largest city or most populous municipality in each county
