Establishes a Long COVID-19 Review Board within the Department of Health to review research and data on long COVID and develop prevention recommendations and best practices

Board will consist of at least 15 members appointed by the commissioner, including experts in virology, immunology, COVID-19, and public health, with representatives from medically underserved areas and communities with high COVID-19 rates

Board members serve 3-year terms, meet at least twice annually, receive expense reimbursement but no compensation, and may be removed for missing three consecutive meetings without good cause

Study will monitor long-term physical and mental health impacts, identify racial/gender/sexual orientation disparities, review treatment protocols, and develop strategies to reduce long COVID risk

Commissioner must submit annual reports to the governor and legislature by December 1st, with all personal patient information kept confidential and explicitly prohibited from being shared with immigration authorities
