Certified providers must offer comprehensive services including admission assessments with screening for problem gambling, overdose risk, co-occurring mental health conditions, and suicide risk

Required services include safety plans, medication for addiction treatment, naloxone provision, toxicology testing, and individual/family/group counseling based on person-centered planning

Commissioner must issue certification guidelines within six months of the act's effective date
