Authorizes school district boards of education to establish policies allowing home-schooled students to attend career education classes at local Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES)

Requires parents to submit written requests to their school district by April 15 preceding the school year for which enrollment is sought

Home-schooled students must meet the same behavioral standards, eligibility requirements, health examinations, and immunization requirements as public school students

Students must annually meet all academic requirements under commissioner regulations, with districts able to impose additional academic eligibility standards

Transportation for participating home-schooled students is limited to pick-up and drop-off at the school from which buses depart for BOCES programs
