Prohibits level two and level three sex offenders from knowingly residing within 1,500 feet of their victim's residence for as long as they maintain that classification

Prohibits level two and level three sex offenders from knowingly residing or entering within 1,500 feet of any school grounds, including public, private, parochial, and vocational schools from elementary through high school

Bans these sex offenders from attending or participating in any school-sponsored events or activities, regardless of location

Provides affirmative defenses including: the victim moved near the offender after conviction, the offender established residence before the law took effect, the offender is under 21 or a ward, or residence was fixed by court order

Allows sex offenders to enter school grounds solely to vote at their polling place, provided they give 30 days notice to the school principal specifying a one-hour window for voting

Violation constitutes a class E felony, with the law taking effect 180 days after enactment
