Establishes requirements for time out rooms including: must be unlocked and openable from inside, require continuous staff monitoring, and can only be used with a behavioral intervention plan

Requires schools using time out rooms to develop policies addressing time limitations, staff training, data collection, and parental notification including allowing parents to view the space beforehand
