Requires department-approved training for all school personnel who may reasonably be expected to use a bleeding control kit, with online courses from the American College of Surgeons or similar organizations eligible for approval

Schools must conduct annual inspections of kits to replace expired materials and restock kits as soon as practicable after use; provides civil liability immunity for trained employees who use kits in good faith without gross negligence
