Expands existing opioid overdose response requirements beyond nightlife establishments to include sporting or event centers, theaters, concert venues, and amusement parks

Requires covered venues to maintain a supply of unexpired opioid antagonist nasal spray (such as Narcan)

Mandates that at least two employees trained in identifying opioid overdoses and administering opioid antagonists be present whenever the venue is in operation

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law
