Applies only to city school districts where the Muslim population equals or exceeds 15% of the total population

Defines Muslim population to include adults and children who are fully or partially of Muslim descent, based on ethnic groups identified by the U.S. Census Bureau in the 2010 federal decennial census

Takes effect 120 days after becoming law, with authority to establish necessary rules and regulations before the effective date
