Adds mpox (monkeypox) to the list of immunizations that licensed pharmacists can administer to patients 18 years of age or older under a physician's or certified nurse practitioner's order

Authorizes certified nurse practitioners to prescribe and order mpox vaccinations to be administered by pharmacists, alongside existing authorized vaccines like influenza, pneumococcal, COVID-19, and others

Amends three sections of the Education Law (sections 6527, 6802, and 6909) to include mpox in the existing framework for pharmacist-administered immunizations

Takes effect immediately upon passage
