Mandates employers provide this rights information to all employees by August 1, 2027 (and on first day of work for new hires), post it visibly at the workplace, and make it available online or via mobile app if those are regular communication methods

Requires the information be provided in English and any language spoken as a primary language by at least 5% of an employer's workforce

Establishes a $500 civil penalty for employer violations, though first-time violators receive notice and 30 days to correct before penalties apply

Directs the Division of Immigrant Policies and Affairs to conduct outreach by April 1, 2027 including information about the Office for New Americans hotline, immigration legal services, workplace immigration enforcement procedures, and Temporary Protected Status eligibility
