Directs the Commissioner of Corrections and Community Supervision to conduct a study on gender disparity in resources provided to incarcerated individuals

Study must examine what resources are available, the amount provided to each gender, and reasons for any disparities found

Commissioner must develop recommendations for actions to resolve any identified gender-based disparities in resource allocation

Report with findings, conclusions, and recommendations must be submitted to the governor and legislature within one year of the act's effective date

Commissioner must include legislative proposals necessary to implement the study's recommendations
