Requires colleges or universities placed on probation or losing accreditation to notify the Regents within 30 days and subjects them to commissioner's program approval until six years after regaining good standing

Mandates the commissioner establish a publicly accessible database tracking the status of curriculum approval requests, including submission dates, review status, department questions, and final decisions

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law, with authority to promulgate necessary regulations beginning immediately
