Grants immunity from criminal and civil liability to any person who forcibly enters a locked motor vehicle to remove an unsupervised or unattended minor when acting reasonably and in good faith

Requires the rescuer to have a good faith reasonable belief that the minor is in imminent danger of suffering harm requiring immediate action before forcibly entering the vehicle

Mandates that the person contact local law enforcement, fire department, or 911 before or during the rescue and use no more force than reasonably necessary

Requires leaving a notice on the vehicle windshield with the rescuer's contact information, reason for entry, location of the minor, and confirmation that authorities were notified

Obligates the rescuer to remain with the minor in a safe location near the vehicle until emergency responders arrive and immediately deliver the minor to them
