Requires consultation with multiple agencies including the Department of Motor Vehicles, Nassau County Department of Transportation, Village of Cedarhurst Department of Transportation, Governor's Traffic Safety Committee, and local police agencies

Study must include evaluation of evacuation routes in the event of natural or manmade disasters

Act expires and is automatically repealed 2 years after taking effect
