Defines anti-Semitism as public demonstration of negative actions, behaviors, or perceptions toward those practicing Judaism or exhibiting Jewish heritage

Includes in the definition: hatred toward Jewish people, violent or rhetorical manifestations against Jewish individuals, property, or institutions, and calling for harm against Jews

Covers false or stereotypical allegations about Jewish people, including conspiracy theories about Jewish control of media, economy, government, or other institutions

Prohibits collectively blaming Jewish individuals for actions of other Jewish persons, the state of Israel, or accusing Jewish people of dual loyalty to Israel over New York or U.S. interests
