Public can access registry information through the department's website and toll-free phone line, with certain personal details (home address, date of birth, contact information) restricted from public view

Providers and individuals in self-direction programs can access full registry information for workers they employ or are considering employing

No fees may be charged for registry-related costs, and current direct support professionals must be registered within 12 months of the June 1, 2026 effective date
