Establishes the "health care worker peer support program" as a grant program administered by the Commissioner of Mental Health to fund peer-to-peer mental health programs for health care workers

Grants of up to $250,000 may be awarded to eligible entities that provide training in mental illness, including post-traumatic stress disorder and suicide prevention, for health care worker volunteers

Appropriates $10 million from the general fund to the Office of Mental Health to implement the program

Requires the commissioner to establish program standards including initial and ongoing training requirements, administrative staffing needs, and best practices for serving health care workers

Prohibits grant recipients from maintaining records on health care workers seeking support or reporting any personal identifying information to the commissioner, protecting participant confidentiality
