Establishes the New York State Worker Protection and Labor Law Enforcement Fund under joint custody of the state comptroller and commissioner of taxation and finance

Fund will collect monetary damages and penalties recovered by the Department of Labor for employer violations of various labor law articles, including those related to wages, hours, and worker protections

Appropriated funds may only be used to supplement the Department of Labor's enforcement duties and must be in addition to existing departmental appropriations

Requires the Department of Labor to submit an annual written report by January 1st detailing fund utilization, enforcement proceedings initiated, amounts collected, personnel hired, and a financial plan for the next fiscal year

Takes effect April 1, 2026
