State must reimburse volunteer fire departments for all benefit costs when volunteer firefighters are injured during mutual aid calls, including medical treatment, lost time, and loss of earnings

Reimbursements are capped at actual costs incurred and require submission of claims on forms approved by the commissioners

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law and applies to mutual aid calls occurring on or after the effective date
