Grants 3 continuing education credit hours per biennial period to insurance producers who maintain active membership in a statewide professional insurance producer association

Defines qualifying associations as those existing at least 10 years, composed of licensed insurance producers, and dedicated to promoting integrity, professionalism, and ethical business practices through education and advocacy

Requires associations to publish a professional journal at least quarterly and issue at least 6 guidance statements annually (or distribute at least 12 from other organizations) on topics including ethics, customer service, and professional practice

Establishes "active membership" requirements including paid dues in good standing, reading the association's code of ethics, and attending at least one approved course or seminar per year during the biennial period

Mandates associations file annual reports with the superintendent by January 31st listing members in good standing, current code of ethics, and other required information
