Expands New York's statewide immunization information system to include tracking of rescue inhaler prescriptions for individuals under age 19 with asthma or other chronic respiratory diseases

Requires health care providers to report rescue inhaler prescriptions to the state database within 14 days of prescribing, beginning January 1, 2025

Defines "rescue inhaler" as a rescue inhaler treatment device prescribed for asthma or chronic respiratory disease for patients under 19 years old

Grants schools, child care facilities, and summer camps access to information about students diagnosed with asthma or chronic respiratory disease who have rescue inhaler prescriptions

Allows parents, guardians, and individuals (upon reaching age 18) to request copies of rescue inhaler prescription records from the system, similar to existing immunization and lead testing records
