Requires homeless sex offenders to report in person to the county sex offender registration officer every 10 calendar days, providing information about where they have been sleeping, including shelters or emergency housing

Establishes penalties for homeless sex offenders who fail to report: Class A misdemeanor for first offense, Class E felony for second or subsequent offenses

Authorizes sex offender registration officers to share homeless offender location information with other registration officers statewide, law enforcement agencies, probation, and parole
