Amends Highway Law section 341 to designate Lake Street in the city of Newburgh as a state highway, running from the northern line of the town of New Windsor northeasterly through Newburgh to State Route 17-K

Designates Broadway in the city of Newburgh as a state highway, running from the eastern line of the town of Newburgh easterly through the city to Colden Street

Transfers maintenance and jurisdiction responsibility for these two city streets from local control to New York State

Takes effect immediately upon passage
