Requires railroad and bus stations with indoor waiting areas, public restrooms, and more than 500,000 annual passengers to provide private lactation rooms by January 1, 2026

New or substantially renovated railroad and bus stations must include a sink in lactation rooms, with "renovation" defined as repurposing more than 25% of station space

Exempts subway stations and rapid transit railroad stations from the requirements
