Expands New York's "Doctors Across New York" physician loan repayment program to include dentists, allowing them to receive up to $150,000 in loan repayment over five years for practicing in underserved areas

Requires participating dentists to commit to practicing for at least five years in an underserved area as determined by the Commissioner of Health

Extends physician practice support funding (up to $4.36 million annually) to also cover dentists establishing or joining practices in underserved communities

Distributes funds regionally with one-third allocated to New York City and two-thirds to the rest of the state

Maintains existing requirement that at least 50% of available funds be distributed to physicians or dentists identified by general hospitals
