Requires autopsy reports for incarcerated individuals who die in correctional facilities to include all photographs of the body, microscopic slides, and post-mortem x-rays taken by or at the direction of the person performing the autopsy

Mandates that autopsy reports also include any photographs, slides, and x-rays reviewed by the examiner in determining cause of death and manner of death

Applies to deaths of incarcerated individuals regardless of whether the death occurred inside the correctional facility

Requires these expanded autopsy reports be provided to the chairperson of the correction medical review board, the commissioner of corrections and community supervision, and relevant oversight bodies

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law and applies to all autopsies conducted on or after that date
