Establishes the advanced coursework expansion incentive grant program for high schools, allowing school districts that currently offer fewer than five advanced courses to apply for funding

Provides $350 per economically disadvantaged student who completes a college credit-earning course (such as Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate) and sits for the associated exam

Defines economically disadvantaged students as those participating in programs including free/reduced-price lunch, SSI, food stamps, foster care, EITC, HEAP, TANF, or BIA assistance programs

Requires grant funds to be used for expanding advanced course offerings, including teacher training, professional development, textbooks, lab equipment, online resources, and student support services

School districts must have at least 10 economically disadvantaged students complete the required coursework and exam in the prior year to qualify for funding, with grants limited to one per student
