Limits delegated vaccinations to those recommended by the federal Advisory Committee for Immunization Practices and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

Requires medical assistants to receive appropriate training and adequate supervision as determined by regulations from the Commissioner of Health in consultation with the Commissioner of Education

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law, with immediate authorization to develop necessary implementing rules and regulations
