Directs the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to evaluate the possibility and feasibility of offering driver road tests in languages other than English

Requires the evaluation to identify circumstances under which non-English road tests could be offered, analyze the population that would benefit, and assess the cost of providing such tests

Mandates the commissioner publish findings of the evaluation by December 31, 2028

Officially titled the "Driver Access to Road Tests Act"

Contains a sunset provision causing the act to expire and be repealed on January 1, 2029
