Provides a $500,000 supplemental valuation impact grant to the West Valley Central School District for the 2024-2025 school year

Establishes eligibility for districts with more than 83% of real property classified as tax exempt, replacing previous criteria based on property valuation reductions or tax certiorari judgments

Removes prior grant provisions for Barker Central School District ($1,300,000) and Haverstraw-Stony Point Central School District ($2,500,000) from the 2008-2010 school years

Payment to be made according to existing payment schedules in Education Law section 3609-a

Amends Education Law section 3641, subdivision 3, updating the supplemental valuation impact grant program
