Authorizes Cattaraugus County to discontinue approximately 63.73 acres of reforested land in the Town of Perrysburg for dam rehabilitation and future development purposes

The affected lands are currently vacant and not used by the public for recreational or reforestation purposes

Requires the county to acquire and dedicate replacement property of equal or greater fair market value for reforestation purposes before the land can be conveyed

If replacement lands are worth less than the alienated lands, the county must dedicate the difference to acquiring additional reforestation lands or improving existing reforested lands

If the discontinued lands are ever used for purposes other than dam rehabilitation and development, they must be restored and maintained as reforested lands under county law
