Requires disclosure of all contracts with amount, purpose, and vendor identifying information for each contract

Requires listing of all foundation and university employees by campus, department, and job location, including annual salaries, compensation, job titles, descriptions, and benefits

Exempts from disclosure information protected by state/federal statute, personal privacy, trade secrets, charitable donor records (unless donor transacts business with the entity within three years), and academic research that could adversely affect intellectual property rights
