Requires the Office of Court Administration to conduct a study on the causes and effects of racial and ethnic disparities in jury selection pools and juror selection statewide and regionally

Study must identify ways to reduce or eliminate racial and ethnic disparities and review how these disparities affect case outcomes

Office of Court Administration may consult with specialists in fields related to mitigating and eliminating racial and ethnic disparities

Report with findings and recommendations must be submitted within one year to the Governor, legislative leaders, and minority leaders of both chambers

Additional follow-up reports may be prepared to assess whether prior recommendations have been implemented and their impact on reducing disparities
