Amends Vehicle and Traffic Law section 603 to require police accident reports to include insurance policy information for all parties involved in the accident

Applies to accidents resulting in injury to a person that are reported to police or judicial officers

Takes effect immediately, or on the same date as Chapter 196 of the Laws of 2024 if that chapter has not yet taken effect

Authorizes the creation or amendment of rules and regulations needed to implement the new requirement prior to the effective date
