Prohibits vaping in all educational institutions, including preschools, nursery schools, primary and secondary schools, and higher education institutions, covering all indoor and outdoor areas owned or operated by these institutions

Requires educational institutions to educate students, teachers, staff, and parents about health risks of vaping and provide smoking cessation resources

Assigns enforcement responsibility to school administrators, teachers, resource officers, and staff, with violators subject to disciplinary action under each institution's policies

Directs the Department of Education and Department of Health to develop an audio and online reporting program for persistent vaping incidents and to provide implementation guidance to schools

Requires educational institutions to post no-vaping signage on premises, and takes effect August 1, 2026
