Written materials provided to officials are exempt from public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Law, except for information posted on the department's website

Requires the department to post on its website 30 days before a hearing: a summary of violations, an explanation of who will be impacted by closure, and the facility operator's plan for continued resident care

Takes effect on April 1 following enactment and applies to all adult care facility closures occurring or pending after that date
