Expands sex offender registration requirements to include "authorized internet entities" in addition to existing requirements for internet accounts and internet identifiers

Requires registered sex offenders to report any changes to their authorized internet entities within 10 calendar days, alongside existing requirements for address and other status changes

Maintains the $10 fee for registering changes of address or enrollment/employment status at higher education institutions, though failure to pay does not prevent acceptance of the registration update

Replaces gendered language ("his or her") with gender-neutral language ("such offender's") throughout the amended sections

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law, with immediate authorization for regulatory agencies to develop implementing rules
