Mandates full insurance coverage for multi-marker testing related to ovarian cancer for patients diagnosed with an ovarian adnexal mass

Prohibits insurers from applying annual deductibles or coinsurance to this testing—costs must be borne solely by the insurer

Applies to individual policies, group/blanket policies, and coverage provided by hospital service corporations, health service corporations, and medical expense indemnity corporations

Adds multi-marker ovarian cancer testing to the list of covered services under Medicaid through the social services law

Takes effect January 1 following enactment and applies to policies issued, renewed, or modified on or after that date
