Applies to property zoned as industrial, light industrial, heavy industrial, residential agricultural, agricultural, or rural agricultural

Bars companies headquartered in, controlled by, or majority-owned by individuals or governments from designated foreign countries of concern

Requires restricted foreign owners to sell existing covered properties only to persons or entities eligible to hold such property under the new restrictions

Takes effect immediately upon passage, with a severability clause ensuring partial invalidation would not affect remaining provisions
