Allows farmers to operate covered farm vehicles with any class license (except DJ, M, or MJ licenses) within 150 air miles of their farm, aligning with federal regulations under 49 CFR 383.3(d)

Covered farm vehicles must display a designation issued by the commissioner, be used for transporting agricultural commodities, livestock, machinery, or supplies, and cannot be used for for-hire operations or hazardous materials transport

Removes the previous requirement for the commissioner to create specific endorsement regulations for heavy covered farm vehicles

Takes effect immediately upon passage
