Creates a seven-member Nassau County and Queens County border task force to examine jurisdiction and boundary disputes between the two counties

Grants the task force power to conduct public hearings, request witness attendance and document production, and recommend legislation

Members appointed by the governor based on recommendations from legislative leaders, the Nassau County executive, Queens borough president, and State Police superintendent

Two co-chairpersons selected by the Nassau County executive and Queens borough president must convene the first meeting within 60 days of the act's effective date

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the governor and legislative leaders by January 1, 2027, with the act expiring upon report delivery or after two years, whichever comes first
