Mandates all school districts conduct individual screenings to identify children with dyslexia or other phonological learning differences or disabilities

Requires screening programs to be evidence-based with proven validity, efficient, low cost, and readily available

Establishes mandatory annual screening beginning in kindergarten and continuing through successful completion of second grade

Requires school districts to provide intervention services for students identified with dyslexia, including small group instruction in multi-sensory sequential phonics or other approved curriculum

Intervention instruction must be provided in addition to any other regular instruction the student receives
